Serious fiction writers are invited to participate in a free monthly short story contest. Each story has a word count goal of 750 words, but the range is from 750-1,000 words. Stories are due by the 25th of the month. The purpose of this monthly contest is to make good connections with other writers and to sharpen our skills as writers by writing a new short story.
